To kick off our year, we were challenged with a project in collaboration with HP. Our mission was to address an issue posed by HP by providing them with relevant use cases. The goal was to enhance the refurbishment process to help reduce HP's and their clients' environmental impact. Each of us, working in small groups, began brainstorming ideas to create these use cases. We then shaped them into a 1-minute 37-second presentation, which could take any form. To support the development of this project and help us work as efficiently as possible, we participated in several sessions where we engaged in various activities, such as serious games (like creating personas). These activities fostered our creativity. Additionally, we were taught how to better organize ourselves to maximize efficiency and relevance in our work. Once our use cases were ready, we shared our group projects and selected the two best ideas. These were refined into final projects that would be presented to HP to address their specific challenge.
